In order to ensure the resources for people who are at high risk, you must meet at least one of the following pre-requisites to use our service.

People who live in a nursing home or long-term care facility

Disabilities

People who have serious heart conditions

People who are immunocompromised

People with severe obesity (body mass index [BMI] of 40 or higher)

People with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis

People with liver disease

People experiencing pregnancy or breastfeeding

Any high-risk group that's listed on this page.
