Safety Precautions

The safety and health of our CARE Initiative users and volunteers is always our number one priority. Here are some of the measures we are taking during this time:

All of our drivers:
- will be wearing masks throughout the entire delivery
- confirm that they are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other health issues that may affect our users
- Practice CDC-issued guidelines and safety precautions

Delivery protocol:
- If you request a personal shopper, he or she will maintain social distancing throughout the process.
- Personal shopping: When collecting your signature, your driver will maintain social distancing and will never hand you anything directly.
- When making a delivery, your driver will leave the items at your doorstep and knock/ring the doorbell and step back a safe distance away, or stay a safe distance away and call you to notify you of your delivery.
- If you requested a personal shopper delivery, your driver will follow the same above protocol for collecting your signature on the contract
