Diamond Bar Sister City is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit started in 1996. It is dedicated to facilitating cultural exchanges between Diamond Bar and its sister cities, and to benefit student exchange programs. Diamond Bar Sister City is the fiscal sponsor of the Community Aid & Relief Initiative (CARE).
