Criteria of Qualification-Volunteer Members

As a volunteer member of our Community Aid & Relief (CARE) Initiative project, you must meet the following requirements and responsibilities.

Be at least 16 years of age and have a California DMV-issued Class C driver’s license to be a delivery volunteer. If you are under 18, you must have signed consent from a parent or guardian to participate.
Sign the CARE Initiative member agreement form.
Respond promptly to CARE Initiative board members when contacted, assigned a delivery task or asked to attend a meeting.
Promptly and accurately complete delivery requests during your available listed times and within the estimated time limit provided to the customer.
Understand and be able to utilize all features of the delivery service’s online platform.
Update delivery status on the platform during the process, including when deliveries are received, in progress, and delivered.
Notify customers as soon as deliveries have arrived.
Notify CARE board members immediately after deliveries are completed.

Failure to meet the above requirements may result in dismissal from CARE Initiative.
