Please follow the procedures listed below to apply as a delivery volunteer.

Office Hours: 8 am-10 pm, Mon - Sat

  1. Read Criteria of Qualification - Members

  2. Fill out the Application Form

  3. Sign the Grocery Delivery Agreement

  4. Send the above forms to the following email address: carei2020.customerservice@gmail.com.

If you fail to deliver any of the above materials, your application will not be processed.
